Delivery

Items will be shipped within 4-7 business days as each item is lovingly handmade to order.

Jewellery is shipped to the UK for free via  Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. If you would like, you can select Next Day Delivery at the checkout for £5.99.

Jewellery and accessories orders for worldwide shipping costs £11.99 via Royal Mail International Standard delivery. This usually takes between 3 and 7 working days.

Customs and import taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • In the unlikely event that there is an issue or damage to your order we will gladly accept exchanges, cancellations and offer refunds. We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene issues.
  • Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery 
  • If you would like to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched please request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase. Failure to do so may result in your request to cancel being submitted following the dispatch of your item.

 Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items that can be returned does not include earrings.

  • We accept no responsibility for any metallic allergies or irritations related to any of our jewellery. Please ensure you read the materials used in our products before purchasing.   • Imperfections in resin pieces such as bubble marks is often unavoidable and unnoticeable when the item is worn.
  • If you are purchasing a piece of jewellery that contains a gemstone, pearl or piece of seaglass, then please be aware that each natural stone is unique so the item you receive will not be identical to the item displayed on our website.
  • Photographs of all items listed are always taken by us. Please note that the colours in photos may look different depending on your screen settings. When it comes to the size or natural colour of an item, photos can sometimes be unintentionally misleading. If you require a specific measurement or additional photos, please do not hesitate to ask.
